Dinner is generally a variety of Sri Lankan curries of fresh produce and fish. Western and Asian cuisine also are available. We prefer organically grown produce free of pesticides and chemicals. The daily menu is varied, flexible and tailored to taste.
Strict standards of hygiene are maintained in the kitchen. Drinking water is filtered and boiled before being refrigerated. Fresh produce is washed and sterilized.
